VPN

Can anyone help. I am trying to setup two isa servers in two different
sites, to act as a REDUNDENT gateway between the two sites and act as a
gateway to the internet. I would like the clients to use the fire wall
client and for them to use there static leased line as there default
gateway unless that fails then they will have to use the VPN can anyone
help. even if it is just a description of how it works.
