Hi Waleed,
 
Might work if the front end supports SIP, like a WinXP ICS box, or
something similar that UPnP compliant, so that it can dynamically learn
what ports viruses and worms (opps! I mean games and voice/video app)
require for access.

        Put a low-end box in between, and IP route to an internal NIC. 
         
        Cable modem (public IP) -> (nic1) voip box 
         
        voip box (nic2 10.0.0.1) -> (nic3) ISA
         
        ISA (nic4 192.168.0.1) -> internal 
         
         
        Oversimplified, of course

                Easy... just unplug the ethernet from the ISA and plug
it into the phone.  Then all your ports are open.
                 
                Yes, you would need another IP address from your
