Chris have you applied ISA SP1? I had the same problem before the SP. Our customers and users can access the site and browse with no problem. They can even upload files. Trouble is that none of them can download files from it to their own machines. Sometimes it is not convenient for us to upload to them (time zones etc) so this is becoming a problem. If we move the ftp to a different server which does not go through the ISA there is not a problem. This behaviour is fairly recent (in last month). To our knowledge we have changed nothing except we had a replication issue with our mail server and had to demote it before it would function (this is also an ongoing issue). We have tried reloading ISA and also removing and installing 'from scratch' to no avail (though these days it seems impossible to install anything truly from scratch). Help please.
