Unknown Sites

When I view my reports on ISA server I get about 10% of my web sites showing
as Unknown, it normally tops my Top Web Sites report.

Is there anything I can do to get the unknowns reporting.

Could these be SSL sites??

Also is there a way with ISA or a freeware tool to report the amount of time
per day spent on browsing sites per user.
