You might want to try this:

Go to the properties of My Computer and select the Advanced tab.
Click Startup and Recovery and deselect 'Automatically Restart' under the
System Failure bit.

You might also want to select the other two options if they aren't selected
yet.

Have you ran all the updates ? No Event Log entries ? Virusscanner etc up to
date ?

I have unexpected reboots in my ISA Server 2004 on top of Windows 2003
Server without bluescreen, Can anyone help to find why? tips, how-tos?
is a 2 nic configuration, with firewall client and web proxy enable
using Integrated Authentication.
