Yes, if: 1. all your users use IE 5.0 or better 2. your DHCP and DNS have appropriate WPAD entries 3. you configure ISA to support auto-detection on port 80 (it is, by default) ..the kicker here is that if you set up ISA as the single access point (firewall) to the Internet, you'll have to deliver the FW client to your users as well.
