[isalist] The system cannot find the file specified - Isa2004/Win2003?

Morning all,
I was wondering if anyone knew what file/directory I should restore from
a backup to cure the following
When I open the Firewall policy page on my ISA 2004, I get the error
above and the toolbox section of the page is blank.
The firewall is working correctly, I just can't add any rules, although
I could probably delete them if I tried.
I'm not brave enough to reboot it yet, just trying to exhaust all other
resources before I kill my system!
The event log shows nothing related and I couldn't find any answers on
the web, although quite a few people were asking a similar question!
