Hello,

I am having trouble telneting out from our ISA2004 server.  Through ports
3389, 143, and 21 to name a few.  Is there anything that would prevent
these connections from going through?  They connect fine via our ISA 2000
servers.  I have looked in System Policy, but can find no references to
it.
