TS (remote desktop) on ISA

I am perplexed on this one.
ISA 2000 SP1 FP1 on Windows Server 2003 both standard.
RDP port is set to an different number
Protocol definition is correct. Publish server Internal IP to External IP.
I can not connect to the ISA from internal or external.
Telnet to the server & port from internal does not answer either.
Any one have an idea? I am missing something, probably simple.
