Sql Server

We r having sql servers in two different locations. In order to enter
into the other network we r using Checkpoint Secure remote client tool. I
have installed and configured Isa server in our network and installed
firewall client software on the client machine and trying to connect to
the remote servers even i have enbled port no 1433. But still i am unable
to connect to the servers
