Site-to-Site VPN Tunnel?

I have just installed ISA 2004 and was wondering how much of a risk is it
to setup a site-to-site tunnel between ISA 2004 and a Check Point firewall
which is being used by a Corporation that is not directly affiliated with
mine.  Is ISA 2004 if configured correctly, capable of keeping my network
secure?
