OK, read through that, but it seems I have the opposite. The website in
question is not in any of the destination sets used by any of the site &
content rules. The user is redirected to a specific page as a result of in
the site and content rule, deny action being to redirect.

Destination set 04302003BannedSexSites. This is directly from Steve
Moffett's zip file from ISAtools.org.

Site and Content rule 04302002BannedSexSites applies to any request always
and is redirected to an specific web page that shows a code linked to the
rule for troubleshooting.

When a user types in www.molex.com (an electronic parts company) they get
redirected to the web page for rule 04302002BannedSexSites. If I disable
that rule, they get access.
