Services Unavaliable

hi,
we are using windows 2003 server and ISA 200.
I configured ISA 2000 and ADS in the same machine.Then later, i uninstalled ADS.Now i am facing some problem in ISa.
In monitoting-services all the three services (web proxy,firewall & Scheduled content download ) is showing status as UNAVALIABLE..
Could you pls help me to resolve this issue.
