Sending SMS from a website using isa server

Daer all, Can any one tell me that how do I send sms from a website using
isa server.I have install isa server in my local area network and my
clients want to send sms on a mobile from the website but they cannot in
my isa server every thing is working fine client using voice web and other
possible things but cannot send sms from a website on the mobile phone.
Plz reply how can I make it possible.
