Routing by content group

Hi Everyone,
Is there any way to route requests to all destinations based on content
group? I have ISA in cache only mode routing to a Trend Interscan
WebManager server then up to the firewall. I want to route Video from the
ISA straight to the firewall. WebManager buffers the streams until it can
scan it for viruses...
