Yes I have removed all scheduled tasks and they are set to run with local
admin rights.

  Have you tried removing and recreating the scheduled tasks?  You need to
give the task local admin rights to run.

      I have ISA Enterprise running on W2K. I schedule a report, it is
enabled, but it never generates anything??? I see in the log folder, that
files of text are created, but it never generates a report. Everyday it
updates that tomorrow is the next scheduled run, but the last ran and status
fields are blank. The ISA logs are in the default folder.

      Does something need to be added to W3K Task scheduler? It is empty
