I have the same problem .....Are you getting Event ID 5 about Web proxy log
failure logged in your application log ?

Hello all,
My report jobs were running fine, I have made no changes, but for the past 2
weeks they do not get created.
When I look at the job, it says that is always running, no matter if I
delete it and recreate it.
Anyone with any ideas?
