Remote Scripting

I currently work for a company who delevops web based apps. We are looking
for a automated software testing solution. The catch here is that we need
to be able to change setups on a proxy server to test the various
configurations. Our test network currently is running ISA, and we would
like to develop either an ASP to change the settings, or a VBS to remotly
change the settings from inside the testing software. Does anyone know if
this is even possible
