Regarding Resources Storage

Hi,
I am Kumar,
I have installed the isa server in win2k that has service pack 4 ,
the problem is
if we want a resource(a html) to be protected in case of iis we will be
placing that in inetpub/wwwroot ,but if i want to stop the iis and place a
certain resource(html) in isa itself which is the home path like in iis to
place the resource(html) since i want to protect the resource by means of
only isa using the filter extension
