Not that I am aware of, stand to be corrected. Why don't you just use
Group Policy if you are running a windows domain.

Hi All,

I have developed a KM site for my organization.
Without making it the deault home page in Internet Explore settings, Is
there any option  to redirect the IE session to the home page of the KM
site through ISA server. As per information  I am using ISA2000 server.
