I haven't tried it myself, but create a deny rule for www.yahoo.com, and
in the redirect when denied option put www.hotmail.com.

just wana know that there is the access rule to "Allow" or "Deny", what
about redirect? if i wana redirect www.yahoo.com to www.hotmail.com
