Hello,

A bit of info for you all.

Finally after 2 months of going back and forth with RealNetworks support
they have acknowledged a problem where RealOne will not authenticate
properly if it receives multiple Proxy-Authenticate headers from a proxy and
Basic is not the first one it gets. This creates a problem (for me anyway)
when ISA is configured to accept more than one form of authentication. If I
configured ISA to accept _only_ basic it worked fine (it only sent one
header to RealOne asking for authentication). However as soon as I enabled
additional authentication schemes (digest and/or integrated) RealOne quit
authenticating. Integrated only didn't work either because 3 headers were
sent (for NTLM, Kerberos, and Negotiate) as well as that scheme not being
supported. Digest only doesn't work becuase it's not supported either.

The word from tech support is that the added support is slated for
integration into the next release of RealOne which is scheduled for sometime
this summer. I'm guessing it'll still only be support for basic (plain
text) authentication, but hopefully it will at least work for that.

-Shawn
