Couldn't you open port 80, but only allow audio content?

Anyone know how to get Real Player to work through ISA2004?
We have a block on port 80, so it keeps giving an unable to connect
message. I've been trying to figure out a way to get it to work for
"only" Real Player without opening port 80 to all applications, but have
been unsuccessful so far. I tried adding port 80 to the firewall client
settings, but no luck so far.-
