RRAS interface problem

I'm trying to add a demand-dial interface as a backup for a VPN connection.
However, under the General Tab of the Demand Dial Interface Properties, my
only choice for Select A Device is Direct Parallel (LPT1). The modem I'm
trying to use is on Com2 and shows up under Device Manager. Any ideas on
how to make the modem available for use as a device for the Demand Dial
Interface?
