I've delete the zone "." on first dc.
After this, DC is listed on sessions of ISA. But still doesn't resolve.

Alex,

Have you deleted the root zone from the internal DNS server? This zone usually
gets created by default when building the first DC, so I thought I would ask to
see if this might be the case?

Another Detail , it's Internal DNS (2000 DC with DNS Service),
My internal DNS should resolve DNS lookup asking to External DNS Server. It's
throught ISA.

If this is the same issue that I have with ISA and DNS
This has been proported to me by Microsoft that this is a known issue.
Usually recreating the DNS publishing rule fixes it
or rebooting
the solution is to put your DNS outside your firewall

My Internal DNS Servers doesn't resolve DNS lookup,
The Gateway of dns servers is ISA Server.
I've created a SecureNAT rule that allow DNS lookup on external destinations to
Internal DNS Servers.
But it isn't working, it were working on past.

Any Idea ?
