I've also run into this issue. I was applying per-user policies... Some user 
groups worked, other did not. All clients with firewall client. I recreated the 
malfunctioning rule and everything came back to normal.

The strangest part is that HTTPS was the only protocol that didn't work in the 
rule! Upon recreation, everything came back to normal.

Go figure...

Hi John,

I think I've run into this issue, and I've been able to fix it with the
SecureNAT client config. When configured as a Web Proxy client, I get
page not founds, but when I undo the Web Proxy client config and act as
a SecureNAT client, then it works.

Go figure.
