Quarantine & "log on using dial-up connection"?

Hello,

So I'm trying something new for some of our "Remote Workstations," that are
stationary. Instead of users logging in locally, then VPNing home, the "Log
on using dial-up connection" feature appears to may be of assistance.

Using CMAK i have a *Post Connect *action which runs the quarantine script.
This works fine when a user is already logged in. However when using the
"Log on using dial-up connection" the script does not run (briefly appears)
and the user stays in quarantine and is later kicked off after the timeout.

After searching i found: *Incorporating Connection Manager with logon
security*
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windowsserver2003/library/ServerHelp/e6f24840-12d9-45ed-8e6c-668f7d72a7ff.mspx

Which also appeared to be the 'answer', however after following the
instructions still does not allow the quarantine script to run at the
Windows logon screen. Maybe i missed a step? Following the link above, I
have added various files to the registry including: quarantine.cmd and
rqc.exe to allow them to run at logon, also reconfiguring the .inf file
appropriately. Furthermore while creating the connection in CMAK i ensured
to deselect the 'interactive' script parameter.

Has anyone successfully implemented quarantine **and* *"Log on using dial-up
connection", so that the script can run at Windows Logon?

Thanks for your time,
Edgardo
