Publishing secure OWA

Dear list,
I want to publish OWA using an SSL, the mail server (exchange 2003) is
published currently through ISA 2004 (SMTP, POP3, IMAP), I am following
Dr. Shnider's article, will the publishing procedure hinder the mail
flow in the organization? When I install the SSL on the exchange and
export it to the ISA this will not affect the mail traffic going
currently?
