Darryl,

I don't know if it is possible to make an external printer available for
Internet printing but I'm going to be giving it a try next week. I'm
upgrading a Citrix server and the automatic printer setup is too
confusing for the users. They always seem to have trouble figuring out
which printer to use. Since I've got remote offices connecting in via
Citrix and all of the users at those remote offices print to the same
printer it makes sense to have a single published printer. Though I've
got static IP addresses at the remote location there is no server there
with which to publish the printer. This is the challenge. If the home
office server won't publish a remote printer then perhaps there is a
freeware (or nearly so) app that can sit on a computer at those remote
offices that will. I'm tired of chasing down printer issues.

Amy

I would like to configure internet printing and publish the
printers via ISA. Has anyone done this before? What solutions are
available?

I have a branch office that accesses a database from the
internet, via an ADSL Internet connection. I desire to enable printing
to each remote sites printers.

The current solution is using citrix client printers. This is
quite effective as changes in the client IP are not an issue.

        Thanks
