Publishing Web and Exchange together ?

Hi,
Can some one give me a best practice answer to this......I have installed
an ISA fire wall running with a published exchange server and as a
Terminal server for
remote admin and all works great...
Is it best practice to bind a further IP address to the external nic on
the ISA server and publish a webserver to that IP or should I publish to
the same IP that is already there for the exchange server...
