Yup. Im sure it's the IIS regardless of if you've got SSL running on any
virtual site or not!
Ill move it off to another server and shutdown IIS and try again!

Very Frustrating! I can only assume it throws an error about ssl because
IIS is configured to run on the same machine regardless of the fact that
it isn't using ssl?
