Publishing an internal web server is a snap: 1. Create you're normal rules for ports 443 and 444 2. Create a user on the web machine MYUSER/PASSWORD. 3. Create a DSN connection on the web machine pointing to you're machine behind your ISA machine 4. On the sql box create a new user the same name and password that you setup on the web server. 5. Your connection strings on your web server should point to the server behind the firewall or you could setup a trusted connection. Remember to set the password in IIS your self so that you have control over the password. If anyone would like more detailed instructions on how to do this type of configuration Just ask.
