Publishing Merak WebMail

MCSEHi,
Here is my setup.
ISA Server (With DNS Server) connected to internet with FIX ip. No Active
Directory installed on ISA server. Another server in my internal network
working as a web server & mail server (merak mail server). The services SMTP
and HTTP, hosted by my internal server, is published and working fine from
internal or internet without any problem.
The mail server includes a web base mail package (like exhcaange OWA) but it is
published on alternate port like i have to access it http://sitename:4096.
Insede my network this feature working fine, but when i try to access this site
from internet , error comes "10060- CONNECTION TIME OUT".
I create a customized protocol definition and publish this service with Server
Publishing, but i not able to access this webmail from internet.
I also create a packet filter for tcp port 4096, but this specificy 4096 port
address is not working from internet.
