Publishing 3rd party apps via web with PORT ISSUES

Help!
I have a published web site running on a seperate IIS 5.O SERVER.
Everything works fine, however when attempt to access a 3rd party
application through this site the IPPEXTD... logs show that I'm blocked.
The software called for communication over port 8080, however I changed
this to a new PORT #ABCD.
Now I show ABCD AND EFGHI LISTENING ON THE EXTERNAL NIC OF ISA but no
activity on the internal NIC.
ANY SUGGESTIONS??????
