Try changing the Internet Settings within IExplorer to only use a Proxy
server.
Tools, Internet Coptions, Connections, LAN Settings
Deselect "Automatically detect settings"
Deselect "Use automatic configuration script"
Enable "Use a proxy server" and enter the name and port (8080) of your
firewall.

We started getting the Proxy Server requires authorization (NTLM). We
have unchecked "Ask unauthenticated for authentication" boxes will no
luck.
