Problems autenticating users in domain

Hi everybody, I'm new in this list but not in ISA Server. The thing is a
couple of days ago I'm having problems with some users autenticating in
ISA server to acces internet. Before was no problem but now they cannot
acces internet also if they put their username on the checkbox.
Anybody had this problem???
I'll be very pleased with any solution.
