Problem with FTP and some softwares likes FLASHGET and DAP

Hi There,
I use FLASHGET or DAP(Download Acclerator Plus) for downloading files from
internet.
but both of these softwares asked me ID and Password for login.and also I
couldn't access to ftp sites from IE !
I have ISA server and DialUp connection for internet and I don't have web
publishing and ftp server.
FTP filter is enable and I have FTP protocols in protocol rule
Please help me.
