Problem in ISA server 2004

In last week i am installaing the new version of Microsoft ISA
server2004.before the installaing of ISA server its work very well i
configure Active Dirctory,DHCP and DNS server as well they all work very
good after the installation of ISA server2004 it will stop the resoponse
from all network.I troubleshoot ever thing but its not work.I need some
solution of the ISA server2004.
i am new in MS ISA server 2004
