Problem connecting to internal resource with Firewall Client

Hi
We have an internal server that we use as FlexLM server for the Rational
products.
The server is setup to respond to requests on port 27000.
It is an internal server on the same network segment as the clients.
However the clients can't connect.
What do I need to do to enable them to connect on the INTERNAL network to
resources?
