There's no great advantage to disabling WMP UDP functionality unless you're
blocking at the ISA.
That the WMP can't open a dynamic HTML page to play it is no great surprise,
and even "by design" behavior.
The error you sent isn't a streaming media request at all
(http://ads.web.aol.com/html/93102133/aol?NM=H), but another advertisement
for AOL. Are you blocking ad sites?

The web page with the embedded media player comes up, but the video fails to
start and the buttons remain grayed out. I have disabled UDP in media
player, the media application filter is enabled, and filtering of IP
fragments is not enabled. If I right click the video image and choose error
details I get this error:
Cannot open 'http://ads.web.aol.com/html/93102133/aol?NM=H'.
(Error=80070057)
No combination of filters could be found to render the stream.
(Error=80040218)
