Problem Mimetype

We need help with a configuration of mimetype.
We do not permit to download determined mimetypes.(e.g. Exe)
We do this with allow rules for this mimetypes. (e.g. http,.html,..)
We got a problem with a few pages (e.g. www.schueco.de)
They use a special content managment.
We get a redirection with no content type.
The ISA Server denies this connection for the users.
--> Redirection looks like this.
HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently
Via: 1.1 CACHE, 1.1 PROXY
Date: Thu, 18 Mar 2004 06:15:27 GMT
Location: /cda/index/menuecache/0,9307,EG;049,00.html
Server: Microsoft-IIS/5.0
