Priority by Protocol or URL for ISA Proxy

Hi,

Does anyone know whether it is possible to prioritise client request on
the ISA proxy server by either protocol (i.e give https requests higher
priority than http) or URL?  If so how?

I have ISA proxy setup in Standalone mode
