Port 3001 NESSUSD

I just ran a portscan against each external IP held by my ISA server.
Everything looks as expected except that on each IP port 3001 is open
and listening.
Nmap lists port 3001 as nessusd
I downloaded Foundstones FPort, which will tell you what process has a
particular port open, and it determined that MsTask.exe was the culprit.
anyone have any ideas?
