Please help VPN

Can anyone tell me that how can i access my LAN via internet on (VPN). I
can easily access my LAN via VPN from internet, but when i install ISA
integrated mode it don't permit me to access my LAN through VPN.

Can anyone let me know that how can i solve this problem.
