In any case, yes, the array servers are load balanced using ISA-integrated NLB. 
 They act as SMTP gateways in our DMZ and I don't just want to cut connections 
to one of them.  If one can be paused, I can wait until current connections 
expire and do whatever maintenance on the box that I want.

Does anyone know if there's a way to "pause" a server that is part of an
ISA Array?  I'm in a situation where I want to have traffic going to one
server in an array stopped for a short period of time.
