PROJECT - HOTEL (Managing Clients)

The project is to ask a group of users (HOTEL) to enter as 'UserName' the
room number and have generated passwords at the end of their requested use
of Internet.
Q1: What do I need to force them to enter 'UserName + Password'
Q2: What sort of application do I need to generate passwords
