PCAnywhere 10 and ISA client

Hello
I am facing a big problem having installed PCAnywhere 10 and ISA Client
installed on the same machine. the scenerio is like this :
I had PCAnywhere 10.0 installed in most of the computers to access and
monitor the local and remote PCs. Like we have to monitor some PC in the LAN
and some PC in other cities. Now after i installed the ISA client on these
machines for the chatting purposes, it cant let me and others to access and
monitor the remote PC in other cities while i can still access the local PC.
I can ping it but i am unable to PCanywhere any PC on other cities. As soon
as i disabled the ISA client it will start again.
Please let me know the solution.
