Not every request is authenticated, especially if you have any anonymous
rules in effect.
All requests are anonymous at first. If ISA deems it necessary to
authenticate the request based on the ruleset you have in effect, then it'll
ask.

Subject: [isalist] Outgoing Web Authentication

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hi guys - I'm using 'require authentication' in 'intergrated' mode for
outgoing web requests - I capture 80% of user names in the reports but
some usernames only appear as IP addresses - we have multiple domains - is
this a feature or is there a fix.

Cheers!
Tom.
