Outbound port translation?

Greetings,
Here's a good one! I'd like to have my internal browser clients request a
given public host by IP or DNS, and have my ISA server route that request
to a different destination port.
My wish, defined: an internal client requests http://host.domain.tld:80 .
My private DNS resolves to the proper IP, and my private ISA server
translates the request to port 4180.
Possible? How?
