You can but you need information from them about what they need you to publish 
or maybe what they need is ssh or rdp access to that box? You need to speak 
their language to get the job done. The answer shouldn't be I can't do that but 
rather a question right back at them askinjg what they need this access for.

I am having this problem again!  I have two consultants who need me to
open some ports from our public ip network to our internal private
network.  I have told them you can't really do that.   But they insist
all I need to do is open some ports.  I then explained you can't route
from a 208.x.x.x network to a 10.1.0.0/16 network.  So, maybe someone on
this list can explain where this open port button is?
